Coaching

Our trusted coaches and mentors have multiple years of entrepreneurial, coaching and mentoring experience, are fluent in English and the language of our target countries. To enter the team, they need to initiate at least one project for The Entrepreneurs’ Ship. Our goal is to sustainably support local entrepreneurs, not just governments, organizations and universities. By teaming up a local coach with an international mentor, we ensure a local connectedness while offering a global perspective. While the local coach is paid for this work, the international mentor is working as a volunteer, often being more senior entrepreneurs who have already accomplishments to show and feel the need to pass on their knowledge to the next generation of entrepreneurs. A strict agenda will be set up for each coaching partnership.
